Access to 3we is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 3we ("the Platform"). Use of the 3we service — including browsing, registration, deposit, or gameplay — constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
Online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 3we is lawful in their jurisdiction before proceeding.

3.1 Each Player may register one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 3we reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly upon any change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.
3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3we immediately via the live chat support channel.
4.1 All financial transactions on the 3we Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 3we does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Internet Banking, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. 3we does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 3we's payment processor. Standard FPX and e-wallet deposits are credited near-instantaneously; however, 3we accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment service providers.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed the account verification process before a withdrawal will be processed. 3we reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements under applicable law.
4.5 3we reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with prohibited activity, or in breach of these Terms.
5.1 3we may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Bonuses are issued at 3we's sole discretion. 3we reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.
6.1 All games offered on the 3we Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule expressly and specifically overrides a stated provision herein.
6.2 3we uses certified random number generation (RNG) software and licensed live dealer studio operations to ensure fair game outcomes. Independent auditing is conducted in accordance with the requirements of 3we's international gaming licence.
6.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, 3we reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's account balance. 3we is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 All bets are final once confirmed. Players acknowledge that they bear full responsibility for their betting decisions and that 3we is not responsible for errors made by the Player in placing bets.
7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the 3we Platform:
7.2 Breach of this Section 7 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 3we to immediately close your account, withhold your balance pending investigation, and, where appropriate, refer the matter to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the 3we Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphical interfaces, trademarks, trade names, logos, and textual content, is the exclusive property of 3we or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 3we.
9.1 3we's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 3we Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
9.2 3we collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements), and provide customer support. 3we does not sell personal data to third parties.
9.3 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 3we's support team, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory obligation that requires retention of such data.

11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 3we's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to 3we in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the date of the claim.

12.1 3we may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of your account would expose 3we to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
12.2 You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3we's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of identity verification.
12.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 3we's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 3we's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the regulatory authority under which 3we is licensed.
13.2 Where a Player is located in Malaysia, nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights that the Player may have under Malaysian consumer protection law to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
14.1 3we reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
